The ZG Motor Vibrating Feeder uses two identical vibrator motors mounted at opposing angles to the trough. The motors rotate in opposite directions, producing a resultant linear vibration force that is directed along the feeding direction. This linear vibration causes material in the trough to be continuously thrown forward in a series of micro-jumps, achieving controlled and uniform feeding. The feed rate is regulated by adjusting the motor speed (via VFD) or the vibration amplitude.
