Working Principle

The ZS vibrating screen operates using a centrifugal force excitation system. The vibrator mechanism, driven by an electric motor through V-belts, generates controlled vibratory motion that is transmitted through the screen body to the screening decks. Feed material introduced at the feed end is fluidized and stratified by the vibration, allowing fine particles to pass through screen openings while oversize material is conveyed to the discharge end. The screen angle and vibration parameters are adjustable to optimize performance for specific materials and cut points.
