The YK Circular Vibrating Screen uses a centrifugal force mechanism to generate circular vibratory motion. The vibrator assembly (consisting of eccentric shafts and counterweights) rotates at high speed, creating centrifugal force that causes the entire screen body to move in a circular path. Feed material introduced at the feed end is thrown upward and forward by the vibrating motion, stratifying by particle size as it travels along the deck. Material smaller than the screen openings passes through as undersize, while oversize material is discharged at the screen's end.
