Working Principle

The PEX Fine Jaw Crusher operates on the same compression principle as the primary jaw crusher but with optimized parameters for fine crushing. The movable jaw plate performs periodic reciprocating motion against the fixed jaw plate at a higher frequency. The narrow, deep crushing chamber design ensures materials are subjected to multiple compression cycles as they move downward, achieving fine particle reduction. The adjustable discharge opening allows precise control of the final product size, making it ideal for preparing feed material for ball mills and other grinding equipment.
