The WSHT Jaw Crusher operates on a compression principle. The motor drives the eccentric shaft via V-belts and pulley, causing the movable jaw to perform periodic reciprocating motion against the fixed jaw. Materials entering the crushing chamber are crushed, split, and bent between the two jaw plates. When the movable jaw moves away from the fixed jaw, crushed materials exit through the discharge opening under gravity. The continuous cycle of approaching and retreating generates a powerful crushing action that reduces feed material from up to 1200mm to discharge sizes as small as 5mm.
