Working Principle

The TS Dewatering Screen employs two counter-rotating vibrator motors generating a linear vibration that is typically directed at 45° to the screen surface. Feed slurry enters at the feed end and is rapidly dewatered as the linear motion conveys material along the screen deck. Water passes through the screen openings and is collected in an under-pan, while the dewatered solid material discharges at the lower end. The combination of high acceleration and thin material bed depth ensures efficient moisture removal with minimal product loss.
